Refund Policy
At Vinson Law Firm, P.A., we are committed to providing high-quality legal services with integrity, professionalism, and transparency. We understand that legal matters can be stressful, and we aim to ensure our clients feel heard, respected, and fairly treated. Please review our Refund and Dispute Policy below.
1. Consultation Fees - Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable. We set aside dedicated attorney time and resources to provide legal guidance during your session.

2. Trust Deposit - Upon engagement, clients are typically required to pay an initial trust deposit. These funds are held in our trust account and billed against as work is performed. The client is expected to replenish their trust account to the full amount when bi-weekly bills are sent out. If the representation ends and funds remain in your trust account, those unused funds will be refunded to you during the next billing cycle. Legal fees that have been earned and invoiced are non-refundable. Vinson Law Firm, P.A.'s transaction currency is USD.

3. Billing Disputes - If you believe there has been an error in billing or you wish to dispute a billing entry, please contact the office in writing within 15 days of receiving your bill. If you do not raise your dispute within 15 days of receiving your bill, then it is presumed you are in agreement with the bill and the billing is accurate and reasonable.

4. Service Dissatisfaction - If you are dissatisfied with our legal services, we encourage you to reach out and discuss your concerns directly with your attorney or Paralegal. While we do not typically issue refunds for time and services already rendered, we value client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

5. Refund Process - Any approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing.

6. Termination of Services - You may terminate our services at any time. If there is a pending case, it may require a court order to approve our withdrawal. You will receive a final invoice detailing all services rendered and costs incurred. Any remaining trust balance, minus outstanding fees and costs, will be returned to you with the next billing cycle.
